Everyone talks about having a smaller waist and slimmer thighs, but what about the arms?
In all likelihood, your arms are not "fat" whatsoever. But I get a feeling that the first person to say: "the camera adds ten pounds," was looking at arms. For some reason these appendages end up looking HUGE in photos. Why? Bad positioning.
The solution is to relax your shoulders and relax the muscles in your arms. Give a little space between your body and arms. When the arms are pressed against the body they tend to widen and the camera never fails to notice!
So be careful to avoid these unflattering positions.
