I decided on the Italiano diet, which according to the company has helped people around the world reach their dream weight while splurging on carbs.
The program requires a 20 to 40 day commitment to eat pasta, including penne that is gluten-, sodium-, soy-, and guilt-free.
Cooking times tend to be a bit longer than with traditional pasta, but the good news is that al the dente texture you're craving isn't lost if your phone happens to ring five minutes into the boil.
Because the ingredients are made from digestive-cleansing plants, this diet a great option for health-conscious vegans and calorie-counting carnivores alike.
