A Piña Colada Without Guilt
After a long week of taking photos and getting caught in a rain of work, the only thing I can think about is PIÑA COLADAS!
But all of that deliciousness leaves us plenty of reason to feel guilty. Luckily, my friend Lily always seems to come up with innovative ways to enjoy sinful delights without remorse. Here is her party-size colada recipe:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups milk (can substitute with almond milk or plain yogurt)
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 1/2 cups rum
